Hygiene policy

For hygiene reasons, intimate products and lingerie that have been opened, used or worn cannot be returned.

Unopened items

You can return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery. Email us first to get a return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund the item price once the return is received and checked.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, email info@icebath.cc within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at no cost to you.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
