Where we ship

We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Adult products are restricted in some countries, so we only ship where they are legal.

Delivery times and costs

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery takes about 8–15 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
  • Shipping is a flat US$6.99 per order, and free on orders over US$59.

Discreet packaging

Every order ships in a plain outer box or mailer with no logos or product names. The return address and label do not mention what is inside.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 25 business days, email info@icebath.cc and we will investigate.
